ABH A110HD Aluminum Continuous Hinge Details:

Type:Full Concealed, Flush Mount, No Inset.
Material: Extruded 6063-T6 Aluminum Alloy w/ Polyacetal Thrust Bearings.
Color: Clear Anodized Aluminum & Dark Bronze Anodized.
Door Type: For 1 3/4″ thick doors, standard & heavy duty up to 450 lbs.
Door Reinforcement: None required.
Frame Reinforcement: Over 200 lbs reinforce with 16 gauge channel.
Handing: Hinge is non-handed unless cut in the field.
Fire Rating:
UL Listed for 90 minute rated doors;
UL listed for up to 3 hour rated doors w/ use of a steel stud.
Screws: Self drilling thread forming Tek screws.
